The movies are so powerful, so, we find the 5 best motivational movies according to The Top Tens. From this list here, we have watched all the movies and I must say that are awesome. Okay, so let’s start with our list of five best motivational movies, and the first one is our favorite movie and the favorite real motivational and life inspirational story:
1. The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)
This movie is based on a very true story, about a man named Christopher Gardner (we have a motivational article for him). Gardner has invested heavily in a device known as a “Bone Density scanner”. He feels like he has made these devices. However, they do not sell as they are marginally better than the current technology at a much higher price. As Gardner tries to figure out how to sell them, his wife leaves him, he loses his house, his bank account, and credit cards. He is forced to live on the streets with his son. Then Gardner is desperate to find a steady job and he will take a job as a stockbroker. But he has a problem, because before he can receive pay, he needs to go through 6 months of training, and to sell his devices.
2. Forrest Gump (1994)
Forrest Gump is a simple man with a low I.Q. but very good intentions. He is running through childhood with his best and only friend Jenny. His mother teaches him the ways of life and then leaves him to choose alone his destiny. Then Forrest Gump joins the army for service in Vietnam. There he will find his new friends called Bubba and Dan. He wins the medals, creates a famous shrimp fishing fleet, inspires people to jog, starts a ping-pong craze, creates the smiley, writes bumper stickers and songs, donates to people and meets the president several times. However, this is all irrelevant to Forrest, because he only think of his childhood sweetheart Jenny Curran, who has messed up her life. But in the end, all he wants to prove is that anyone can love anyone.
3. Saving Private Ryan
Opening with the Allied invasion of Normandy on 6 June 1944, members of the 2nd Ranger Battalion under Cpt. Miller fight ashore to secure a beachhead. Amidst the fighting, two brothers are killed in action. Earlier in New Guinea, a third brother is KIA. Their mother, Mrs. Ryan, is to receive all three of the grave telegrams on the same day. The United States Army Chief of Staff, George C. Marshall, is given an opportunity to alleviate some of her grief when he learns of a fourth brother, Private James Ryan, and decides to send out 8 men (Cpt. Miller and select members from 2nd Rangers) to find him and bring him back home to his mother
4. Rocky (1976)
Maybe there is no person that haven’t watch Rocky Balboa, but we must mention because is legendary. Rocky Balboa is a struggling boxer trying to make the big time, working as a debt collector for a pittance. But, when heavyweight champion Apollo Creed visits Philadelphia, his managers want to set up an exhibition match between Creed and a struggling boxer, touting the fight as a chance for a “nobody” to become a “somebody”. The match is supposed to be easily won by Creed, but someone forgot to tell Rocky, who sees this as his only shot at the big time.
5. We Are Marshall (2006)
In November, 1970, virtually the entire football team and coaches of Marshall University (Huntington, W.V.) die in a plane crash. That spring, led by Nate Ruffin, a player who was ill and missed the fatal flight, students rally to convince the board of governors to play the 1971 season. The college president, Don Dedman, must find a coach, who then must find players. They petition the NCAA to allow freshmen to play, and coach Jack Lengyel motivates and leads young players. And at the same time he reexamines the Lombardi creed that winning is the only thing. The father and the fiancee of a player who died find strength to move on. Can Marshall win even one game in 1971?
